An early look at Spring
After long gray and snowy weeks, we had our first warm and sunny weekend and it felt so great to know that spring is just around the corner. I’m eagerly counting down to spring!
Spring is the time of year for fresh beginnings – which is very evident if the place where you live has four seasons well-defined. It’s a beautiful season and the picnics and flowers make it even more special.
This year I want to learn about gardening and I can’t wait to plant my garden and enjoy the sun. I also can’t wait to take off my snow boots and coats and put on a colorful dress and sandals.
As spring approaches, I’ve found myself spending the last few days flipping through my closet and linens. I’ve done a round up of a few spring finds that are on my wishlist and some other pieces that are catching my eye. Several of the pieces chosen work as transition pieces between the seasons, such as long dresses and long-sleeves. But if it’s still too chilly you can put on a pair of floral earrings or a spring handbag to get in the mood.
Após longas semanas cinzentas e com muita neve, nós tivemos nosso primeiro final de semana com temperaturas positivas e sol, o que me deixou animada para a chegada da primavera!
A primavera é uma época de recomeços – o que fica muito evidente se o local que você mora têm as quatro estações bem definidas. Com certeza é uma estação linda e os piqueniques e flores a tornam ainda mais especial.
Este ano quero aprender sobre jardinagem e mal posso esperar para plantar algumas mudas no jardim de casa e aproveitar o sol. Também não vejo a hora de tirar as botas de neve e os casacões e colocar um vestido e sandálias.
Com a nova estação se aproximando, eu passei os últimos dias revendo alguns itens do meu armário e para casa. Fiz uma seleção de itens que estão na minha wishlist para entrar no clima primaveril. Várias das peças escolhidas funcionam como peças de transição entre as estações, como vestidos longos e peças de manga comprida, mas caso ainda esteja muito frio você pode colocar um par de brincos floral ou uma bolsa de mão para ir entrando no clima.
