At Home Facial Products
My skincare routine is something I don’t give up on. It has long been one of my favourite moments of self care. I feel like now more than ever, it’s important to to take care of ourselves. Taking a few minutes at night and during morning to treat myself are helping me to feel a little more human.
During this time, I’ve been keeping my routine simple, trying to calm my skin due to the stress that the whole pandemic situation has caused. In today’s post, I will share the products I’ve been using to help it along. I hope you might find one or two you would like to try. I guarantee you will be looking great on those Zoom video calls!
A minha rotina de cuidados com a pele é algo que eu não abro mão. E, há muito tempo, se tornou um dos meus momentos favoritos de autocuidado. Sinto que agora, mais do que nunca, é importante cuidarmos de nós mesmos. Tirar alguns minutinhos de noite e de manhã para mim tem me ajudando a me sentir melhor comigo mesma.
Nesse período, tenho mantido uma rotina simples para tentar acalmar minha pele devido ao stress causado pela pandemia. Nesse post compartilho os produtos de cuidado com a pele que tenho usado na minha rotina. Espero que você encontre um ou dois que gostaria de experimentar. E eu te garanto que você vai ficar ótima nas vídeo chamadas do Zoom!
Cleanser
The first step in my routine is cleaning. I always make sure to use gentle cleansers that will clean without stripping my skin too much. My recent favorites have been the Avene Cleanance Cleansing Gel for a cleanse in the morning. In the evening I use the Clean It Zero, which is a cleanser that transforms from a sherbet-like balm texture into a smooth oil when applied to skin. Developed to remove even waterproof makeup, skin’s impurities and gently exfoliate, leaving the skin hydrated and soothed in just one step.
O primeiro passo da minha rotina é a limpeza. Gosto de produtos suaves e que limpam sem deixar a pele ressecada. Meus favoritos tem sido o Gel de Limpeza Avène Cleanance para a limpeza da manhã e para a noite o Clean It Zero, que é um bálsamo de limpeza à base de óleo com textura de balm que derrete em contato com a pele. Ele remove as impurezas e a maquiagem, esfolia e hidrata ao mesmo tempo.
Toner
Then I use the Isdin Micellar Solution 4-in-1. It’s a micellar water suitable for all skins and formulated with natural ingredients that is able to remove waterproof make-up, cleaning, toning and hydrating the skin in a single step. And once/twice a week, I apply the Glycolic Acid 7% Toning Solution, which is perfect for a gentle exfoliation and improves appearance of skin texture.
Com a pela limpa, eu aplico a Isdin Micellar Solution 4-in-1. Ela limpa, demaquila, tonifica e hidrata e é ótima porque é 100% de origem natural, biodegradável e possui propriedades calmantes. E uma/duas vezes na semana, eu uso o tônico de ácido glicólico da The Ordinary, que faz uma esfoliação suave ajudando a tratar a oleosidade, diminuir linhas finas e melhorar a flacidez da pele.
Serum & Moisturiser
During the day, I apply the The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 and Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% – click here to read a post about them. In the morning and at night I use the Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG in the eyes region, it helps to moisturize and lighten dark circles. In the evening routine, Adcos Vitamin C 20 Serum has been my favorite, along with Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA. For an extra treat I’ve been regularly participating in facial massages with my Rose Quartz Facial Roller.
Durante o dia, depois de limpar e tonificar, eu aplico o Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 e a Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% da The Ordinary – já fiz um post sobre eles aqui. Tanto de manhã como de noite aplico na região dos olhos o Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG, ele ajuda a hidratar e a clarear as olheiras. Na rotina noturna, o sérum Vitamina C 20 da Adcos tem sido o meu favorito, junto com o hidratante Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA. Para um tratamento extra, tenho feito massagens faciais com meu rolinho facial de quartzo rosa.
Suncare
Finally, I use Isdin Fusion Water SPF 50+ sunscreen in my morning routine, I really like the fluid gel texture and easy spreadability, it absorbs super fast and gives a light velvety feeling on the skin.
Para finalizar, utilizo na rotina diurna o protetor solar Isdin Fusion Water FPS 50+, gosto muito da textura gel fluída e de fácil espalhabilidade, ele absorve super rápido e deixa uma leve sensação aveludada na pele.
